The Boardroom works in Claude only for now. The seats install as Claude skills. ChatGPT and Gemini versions are coming.
1. Download the seats
Each seat is a single .md file. Start with the convener — it sets up the team structure.
2. Drop it in
Drag the file into Claude and it installs itself as a skill. No settings, no copy-paste.
3. Convene them
Say “convene my exec team” in any chat. Only the seats with a real stake will speak.
Pick five to eight seats
You do not need the whole bench. Five to eight seats gives you enough disagreement to be useful without overlap — beyond that, seats start making the same point in different words and the recommendation gets muddier, not sharper. Choose the ones whose trade-offs actually bite in your business; you can always add more later.
