Setting up your Boardroom
Four steps, about five minutes. You never edit a file or paste anything into a settings box — the files install themselves.
Download the convener first
Grab “Exec Team Convener.md”. It sets up the team structure and the meeting rules, and nothing else works properly without it.
Drop it into Claude and say nothing
Open a chat, drag the file in, press send with no message. Claude reads its instructions, installs it as a skill, and confirms in one line. If it offers a “Save skill” button, click it.
Add your seats
Download the seats you want and drop each one in the same way. Each file installs itself and joins the team. You'll be offered the chance to give each seat a name.
Convene them from any chat
Your team is now on call in every conversation — there's no special room to go to.
Install the convener first
The convener is what turns a set of personas into a team that meets, disagrees and reaches a decision. Install it before the seats and each new seat simply joins. Seeing “no seats yet” after installing the convener is expected, not a problem.
Three ways to use them
“Convene my exec team — should I open a second location?”
Only the seats with a real stake speak. The rest sit out, and you're told who.
“Ask my Finance Director — can I afford this hire?”
That member answers alone, unless another genuinely disagrees.
“Blind-spot scan — what should I be worried about?”
The exception: every seat speaks, each naming the one thing that worries them.
Brief them once
Tell your team about the business once and they'll stop asking. Paste something like this into a chat after installing, or keep it in a note you drop in alongside the seats:

Other assistants
The Boardroom works in Claude only for now — the seats install as Claude skills and are then available in every chat. ChatGPT and Gemini versions are coming. The framework library is separate and works in any AI.
