About these terms

These terms govern your use of sqwyz.ai, operated by Sqwyz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single user. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid access

A free account includes a limited number of framework views each month, keyword search, and bookmarks. No card is required for a free account.

Pro provides unlimited framework downloads, semantic search, and access to the full framework library. Director includes everything in Pro plus full Boardroom access — the exec team personas, downloadable as files you install in your own AI assistant — together with any features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page. On cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Digital content and your right to cancel

sqwyz.ai supplies digital content — framework text you copy or download, and Boardroom persona files you download and install. Content is made available to you immediately on subscribing.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. That right is lost once supply of digital content begins, if you have given your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

At checkout you are asked to confirm exactly that. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right to cancel. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

If a technical fault prevents you accessing content you have paid for, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on sqwyz.ai, including the framework library, the Boardroom personas and the exec team convener, is the intellectual property of Sqwyz Ltd.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content within your organisation. You are permitted to download the frameworks and persona files, install them in your own AI tools, and use the outputs for internal business purposes.

You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the frameworks or persona files available to third parties outside your organisation, including by publishing them or incorporating them into a competing product. If you are a consultant wishing to use the content with clients, contact us to discuss licensing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data. You may not scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the library by automated means.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel it. Any files you have already downloaded are yours to keep, subject to the licence terms above.

Limitation of liability

sqwyz.ai provides structured frameworks and AI personas as general business tools. Their outputs are generated by third-party AI assistants and are not professional advice. Sqwyz Ltd is not liable for decisions made or outcomes achieved based on the content or its outputs.

We do not guarantee that the content is suitable for your specific circumstances, nor that AI-generated output will be accurate. You should seek professional advice where appropriate before making significant business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqwyz Ltd's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
